This policy explains what cookies are, which types we use on sculedepot.ro, for what purpose, and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements the Privacy policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit it. They allow the site to work properly, to remember your preferences and, with your consent, to measure traffic or personalise content. We also use similar technologies (for example local storage in the browser).
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary – essential for the site to work (shopping cart, session, security, remembering your consent choice). These do not require consent.
- Functional – remember preferences such as language and region, for a better experience.
- Analytics / performance – help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so that we can improve it. Require consent.
- Marketing – used to show you relevant advertising and to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Require consent.

The list reflects the tools currently active. If we activate additional analytics or marketing tools, we will update this list before using them.
4. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, as they are exempt under Law no. 506/2004 (they are essential for providing the service you have requested). For all other categories (functional, analytics, marketing) we ask for your prior consent, in accordance with Law no. 506/2004 and the GDPR. Non-essential cookies are activated only after you give your consent through the cookie banner.
5. How to manage your preferences
On your first visit we show you a banner through which you can accept or reject non-essential cookies; rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings button, which is also available in the footer of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling some strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

Some cookies are placed by third parties. Their processing of data is governed by their own privacy policies:
