We try to resolve any complaint directly and in good faith; you can write to us at any time at vanzari@sculedepot.ro. If we do not reach an amicable solution, you may contact:

  • The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – anpc.ro
  • The national Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform, managed by ANPC – reclamatiisal.anpc.ro

You may also bring the matter before the competent courts in Romania.

4. Intellectual property

The entire content of the sculedepot.ro site (texts, images, logos, trademarks and design elements) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without the written consent of the rights holders. The TOLSEN trademark and name belong to their holders and are used by GLOBELA TRADE SRL in its capacity as distributor.

The use of the online shop and the orders placed through it are governed by:
