Shipping policy

We deliver tools and equipment throughout Romania, quickly and with care. Below you will find our delivery terms. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms and conditions (/policies/terms-of-service).

1. Areas and couriers

We deliver throughout Romania via Sameday (including delivery to easybox). Scule Depot is an online-only shop: products are delivered by courier only, and personal collection is not available.

Some products cannot be delivered to an easybox because of their dimensions or weight. In those cases the easybox pickup option is not shown to you at checkout, and the order is delivered by courier.

2. Delivery times

The usual delivery time is 1–2 working days from order confirmation for products in stock, for orders placed on working days before 14:00. Orders placed after 14:00, at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

After you place your order, a Scule Depot representative may contact you by phone for confirmation; orders that require telephone confirmation and have not been confirmed are not dispatched.

In any event, we deliver the products without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with OUG no. 34/2014, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Delivery costs and free shipping

The delivery cost is calculated and displayed separately on the checkout page before the order is placed. The cost depends on the delivery method chosen and on the order value.

Courier delivery (to your address):

  • orders up to 199.99 lei — 24.90 lei
  • orders between 200 and 499.99 lei — 29.90 lei
  • orders between 500 and 999.99 lei — 34.90 lei
  • orders from 1,000 lei — free shipping

Sameday Point / Easybox pickup:

  • orders up to 499.99 lei — 10.90 lei
  • orders from 500 lei — free shipping

4. Cash on delivery

For orders paid cash on delivery, an additional fee may apply; it is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

5. Receiving the parcel and transfer of risk

On receipt, please check that the parcel is intact. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you at the moment you take physical possession of them (you or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier). All documents relating to the products (the invoice and, where applicable, the warranty certificate) accompany the order.

6. Non-delivery days

No deliveries are made at the weekend or on officially declared public holidays.

7. Delivery delays

If we do not deliver within the agreed period, you may grant us a reasonable additional period. If that period is not met either, you have the right to terminate the contract, and we will refund all amounts paid in full, without undue delay.
